Grand Prize – Residency at The Engine
Awarded to 1 winning team per track
A transformative opportunity to embed within The Engine’s deep tech ecosystem, including up
to one year of Residency with access to lab space at significantly discounted rates. An ideal
launchpad to accelerate company growth and technical development.
Winners have 6 months to activate.
Runner-Up Prize – Flex Residency at The Engine
Awarded to 1 runner-up team per track
Up to one year of Flex Residency, providing access to The Engine’s network of founders,
investors, and operators. While this does not include lab space, it offers a strong foothold for
early-stage advancement.
Winners have 6 months to activate.
Who Should Apply
This includes companies working on:
- Therapeutics targeting aging biology or age-related diseases
- Biomarkers and diagnostics, including aging clocks and longitudinal measurement tools
- Data-driven platforms that improve how aging is measured, tracked, or acted on
- Clinical or care delivery models focused on prevention, early intervention, or long-term
health optimization - Infrastructure, AI, or software supporting discovery, clinical trials, or real-world
deployment
Overview
Ahead of Aging Code Summit 2026, we will host a virtual pitch competition to identify the top
companies presenting live at the summit.
- Two tracks: Seed and Series A
- 10 companies per track, selected from applicants
- Judges include accredited investors, pharma and hospital partners, and invited VIPs
What Selected Companies Receive
Companies selected for the virtual competition will:
- Pitch in the virtual competition on May 21
- 12 – 5 pm ET
- Receive free entry to Aging Code Summit 2026
- Present a poster during both Day 1 and Day 2 of the summit
- Receive structured feedback and rankings from judges (anonymized)
- Be considered for live finals at the summit
Companies not selected will receive 50% off general admission.
Format
Breakout Sessions
Each round consists of:
- 15 minutes of live interaction
- ~5-minute pitch
- ~10-minute Q&A
- Followed by 5 minutes for scoring and feedback submission
During each round:
- Judges are assigned to breakout rooms
- Each room includes at least 3 judges and 1 company
- All rooms run simultaneously with a shared timer
- At the end of each round, everyone is returned to the main room automatically
- Judges have 5 minutes to submit rankings and feedback before the next round begins
Selection Process
- Scores and feedback are aggregated across all judges
- The top 3 companies from each track are selected
Finalists will be:
- Announced at the end of Day 1 of Aging Code Summit
- Invited to pitch live on Day 2 after lunch
All participating companies will receive anonymous feedback and rankings following the
competition.
Company Profiles & Visibility
All selected companies will be featured through FirstGlance, where structured company profiles
will be created ahead of the competition.
These profiles will be accessible to:
- Judges participating in the virtual competition
- Attendees of Aging Code Summit
This ensures that companies are reviewed with context before pitching and allows for more
informed discussions during both the virtual competition and the live event.
Selected companies will be invited to join the Aging Code Summit 2026 group on
FirstGlance, creating a centralized space for visibility and discovery.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, with final selections confirmed immediately
following the deadline.
