Who Should Apply
We are selecting Seed and Series A companies building at the intersection of AI, aging, and healthspan, with a clear connection to biological or clinical applications.
This includes companies working on:
- AI-driven therapeutics, target discovery, or drug development programs
- Biomarkers and diagnostics, including aging clocks and longitudinal measurement approaches
- Platforms combining experimental biology with AI to generate or validate insights
- Clinical or digital health models that incorporate biological data for prevention, monitoring, or intervention
- Enabling technologies that support discovery, translational research, or clinical development
You do not need to explicitly label your company as “longevity” to apply.
If your work uses AI to better understand, measure, or intervene on biological aging or age-related disease, and involves real biological or clinical validation, it is relevant.
Overview
Ahead of NYC AI x Longevity Summit, we will host a virtual pitch competition to identify the top companies presenting live at the summit.
- Two tracks: Seed and Series A
- 10 companies per track, selected from applicants
- Judges include accredited investors, pharma and hospital partners, and invited VIPs
The competition is designed to surface high-quality companies while creating meaningful interaction between founders and decision-makers in the space.
What Selected Companies Receive
Companies selected for the virtual competition will:
- Pitch in the virtual competition on May 22
- 12 – 5 pm ET
- Receive free entry to NYC AI x Longevity Summit
- Present a poster during both Day 1 and Day 2 of the summit
- Receive structured feedback and rankings from judges (anonymized)
- Be considered for live finals at the summit
Companies not selected will receive 50% off general admission.
Format
All participants will begin in a shared Zoom session with a brief overview of the day and 30-second introductions by pitching companies.
The competition then moves into structured breakout rooms.
Breakout Sessions
Each round consists of:
- 15 minutes of live interaction
- ~5-minute pitch
- ~10-minute Q&A
- Followed by 5 minutes for scoring and feedback submission
During each round:
- Judges are assigned to breakout rooms
- Each room includes at least 3 judges and 1 company
- All rooms run simultaneously with a shared timer
- At the end of each round, everyone is returned to the main room automatically
- Judges have 5 minutes to submit rankings and feedback before the next round begins
This continues until all judges have evaluated every company in their assigned track.
Selection Process
- Scores and feedback are aggregated across all judges
- The top 3 companies from each track are selected
Finalists will be:
- Announced at the end of Day 1 of NYC AI x Longevity Summit
- Invited to pitch live on Day 2 after lunch
All participating companies will receive anonymous feedback and rankings following the competition.
Company Profiles & Visibility
All selected companies will be featured through FirstGlance, where structured company profiles
will be created ahead of the competition.
These profiles will be accessible to:
- Judges participating in the virtual competition
- Attendees of NYC AI x Longevity Summit
This ensures that companies are reviewed with context before pitching and allows for more
informed discussions during both the virtual competition and the live event.
Selected companies will be invited to join the NYC AI x Longevity Summit 2026 group on FirstGlance, creating a centralized space for visibility and discovery.
While profiles will be created for selected companies, setting up an account on FirstGlance in advance is encouraged and can be beneficial for broader exposure to investors and partners beyond the event.
